Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based LTC Sales Specialist to drive product adoption among prescribers, pharmacists, and facility leaders across the territory. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, NP/PA, and care teams, while promoting compliant clinical and reimbursement education.

You will address objections with advanced selling skills, develop quarterly territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience in pharma/healthcare.
• Willing to travel up to 80% for field-based duties.
• Reside in territory (within 30 miles) and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with LTC resident care teams and facility leadership.
• Promote Acadia products with compliant clinical, disease-state, and reimbursement education.
• Address customer questions/objections with advanced selling skills.
• Plan business using knowledge of customers, practices, and market trends.
• Create/execute quarterly territory business/action plans using data.
• Advise on pricing, reimbursement, and LTC profitability; liaise for access questions.
• Collaborate with sales management and cross-functional partners.
• Represent Acadia at conferences, launches, and training; contribute to initiatives.
• Mentor/train new/junior Sales Specialists.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and LTC regulations.
