Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• Supervisor training or verified people leadership training.
• HSE mandatory training completed, focused on warehouse safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct shipping and warehouse operations per production plan.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and internal logistics to ensure material flow.
• Define and optimize storage strategies with data quality in inventory systems.
• Manage blade shipments to meet delivery schedules.
• Lead a safe work environment and enforce 5S and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Shipping/Warehouse staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality requirements.
