Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Windsor Blades Factory in Colorado to lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and lean improvement. You will drive workforce planning, develop teams, and ensure alignment with takt times and customer commitments.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing, strong communication, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, MES, and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years of leadership in manufacturing or related environments.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Translate business goals into actionable production plans.
• Monitor performance and adjust to meet takt time and customer commitments.
• Coach and develop hourly employees and team leads.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance, quality, engineering, and other functions.
