Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC seeks a Solutions Engineer to assess, develop and support logistics solutions that improve client business models. You will analyze data and lead in pricing and solution design with sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include documenting current and future states, supporting pricing strategies, and demonstrating platforms to close deals. 5+ years in logistics, MS Office expertise, and travel up to 15% are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not business-related.
• 5+ years of logistics/Supply Chain experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
• LEAN/Six Sigma certification or experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with internal operations in solution development.

Responsibilities

• Assess current supply chain programs and document current state.
• Document future solutions to aid presentations and documentation.
• Assist sales in demonstrating technology platforms to close new business.
• Communicate with prospects and clients via phone, web, and on-site.
• Support continuous improvement and best-practice documentation.
• Travel locally and out-of-state up to 15% as required.
