Job summary

Transportation Insight seeks a Solutions Engineer to assess, design and support logistics solutions that improve client models. You will analyze data, document current state, and craft a future solution with cross‑functional teams to ensure profitability and operability.

In the sales process you will contribute pricing input, demonstrate platforms and help move deals to closure, with local travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
LEAN / Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong collaboration with internal teams during solution development.

Responsibilities

Assess a validated prospects’ current supply chain program by documenting current state.
Understand client systems/applications used in current state and overall objectives to propose the best solution.
Document the future solution to aid in presentations and documentation.
Help create pricing strategies for Transportation Insight service offerings that are competitive.
Assist sales personnel in demonstrating technology platforms to aid closure of new business.
Communicate effectively with prospects and clients across channels (phone, web, on-site).
Support transition of clients from sales to implementation/account management teams.
