Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess and design logistics solutions, guiding the deal cycle with strategic insight and cross-functional collaboration. You will analyze data, price complex service options, and support implementations from discovery through to closure.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not in business.
• Experience with pricing strategies for service solutions.
• Strong MS Office and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assess a prospect's current supply chain program and document the current state.
• Understand client systems and requirements to propose the best solution.
• Document the future solution for client presentations and documentation.
• Help create pricing strategies for Transportation Insight offerings.
• Assist sales in demonstrating technology platforms to close new business.
• Communicate with prospects and clients via phone, web, and on-site.
• Support transition of clients from sales to implementation teams.
• Document best practices to drive ongoing improvements.
