Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related functional experience.

• Regular, predictable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards, interview hourly associates, and provide hire recommendations.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, dispatch, and documentation control.
• Manage associate working hours to minimize overtime and meet productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies, and use site operating systems correctly.
