Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Master's degree in related field required.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse industry preferred.
• 5+ years in managing, leading and developing direct reports.
• LEAN leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years in logistics project management.
• 3+ years in managing customer KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, conduct performance evaluations and development plans for staff.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
• Oversee staffing and ensure appropriate labor levels.
• Identify improvements and escalate to director when needed.
• Develop location processes and cross-train teams.
• Monitor KPI tracking and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with transportation/distribution management standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee retention.
