Responsibilities

• Lead KPI review, staffing, and performance management for CLS/CLC accounts.
• Develop staff and ensure effective transportation management and safety practices.
• Improve location processes and chargeability while reducing overtime.
• Coordinate SOX reconciliation and revenue recognition responsibilities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of targets across accounts.
