Job summary

Worley in the United States seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to lead logistics strategies and execution for industrial construction projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Typically 10+ years of logistics, supply chain, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with industrial construction, EPC, energy, chemicals, mining, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution operations.
• Experience aligning logistics plans with project schedules and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics operations across industrial construction projects and asset services.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and performance standards.
• Manage transportation, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Optimize workflows and operating models to improve efficiency and cost performance.
• Lead vendor qualification, selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Develop logistics plans aligned with construction schedules and procurement activities.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve project outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and perform analyses to improve logistics results.
• Manage logistics budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Collaborate with procurement, project controls, engineering, and management teams.
