Job summary

Worley seeks a seasoned logistics professional in Houston to develop and implement project logistics strategies and coordinate material and equipment movements. You will work with the Manager of Logistics, project teams, suppliers and contractors to keep work moving and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of logistics experience, strong stakeholder management, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to balancing safety, schedule, cost and quality

Qualifications

University degree in logistics or related discipline.
Typically 7+ years of relevant logistics experience.
Experience developing and implementing logistics strategies.
Strong understanding of transportation, distribution and inventory.
Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop logistics plans aligned with project requirements.
Coordinate movement of materials and equipment from suppliers to destinations.
Monitor shipments and delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
Review procedures to maximize service and minimize cost.
Lead or coordinate cross-functional project teams.
Provide logistics guidance and troubleshoot issues.
