Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations for industrial construction projects in the Houston area. You will drive strategy, safety, cost control, and performance across transportation, warehousing, and distribution while coordinating with procurement, construction, and engineering teams.

You will manage a logistics team, develop plans aligned with construction schedules, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant logistics or operations experience.
• Experience supporting industrial construction or major capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory, and procurement support.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics operations across projects and asset services in the region.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and performance standards.
• Manage transportation, inventory, warehousing, and distribution for on-site projects.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and cost.
• Collaborate with procurement, construction, and project teams.
• Lead vendor qualification, selection, and performance management.
