- Analyze logistics requirements and identify opportunities to improve workflow, delivery, and inventory management.
- Monitor shipments and delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Review and improve logistics procedures to maximize service and minimize cost.
- Coordinate with procurement, expediting, materials management, and project controls to resolve issues.
- Identify potential delays and develop practical solutions to minimize impact on schedules and costs.
