Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics to steer the logistics function for nationwide renewable projects. You will oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory controls, and compliance, coordinating with procurement, project management, and field teams to ensure seamless material flow from manufacturing facilities to project sites across the United States.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong vendor management, and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with substantial logistics experience.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in logistics.
• 7+ years in people management is preferred.
• Familiar with renewables, utility-scale solar logistics, Incoterms, and trade compliance.
• Experience with WMS/IMS and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Managers and Associates across multiple projects.
• Review and approve project logistics strategies aligned with goals.
• Serve as escalation point for logistics issues, supplier challenges, or delivery conflicts.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Procurement, Construction, and Engineering.
