Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering to lead strategic initiatives, oversee a multi-site logistics network, and drive safety, efficiency, and standardization across large-scale distribution and contract packaging operations nationwide.

You will lead a team of Senior Industrial Engineers, engage with customers, present solutions, and influence senior leaders through data-driven ROI analyses, robust project roadmaps, and hands-on governance.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant engineering leadership experience.
Experience guiding large-scale multi-site initiatives in logistics.
Strong analytical acumen with ROI and business case development.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Access.
Experience with AutoCAD and WMS.
Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead major continuous improvement and automation initiatives with ROI analyses and roadmaps.
Develop and coach a team of Industrial Engineers across sites and customers.
Document best practices for layout design, process flow, and safety-first operations.
Support solutions during customer bid activities and strategic presentations.
Governs systems integration with IT, automation providers, and operations teams.
Establish KPIs and governance to drive executive decisions and accountability.
Collaborate with senior leaders to build long-range engineering roadmaps.
