Job summary

Worley Houston seeks a Senior Logistics Coordinator to help develop and implement project logistics strategies, coordinating movement of materials and equipment to align with schedules and budgets.

You will work with procurement, construction, and project controls teams to resolve issues, monitor shipments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of logistics experience in large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of project logistics strategies with senior team.
• Coordinate movement of materials and equipment from suppliers to destinations.
• Develop logistics plans covering delivery schedules, storage, and handling.
• Monitor shipments and adjust plans to meet schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, safety, and environmental rules.
• Maintain logistics records and prepare reports for management and clients.
• Provide guidance to colleagues and lead cross‑functional logistics initiatives.
