Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics to lead a team across multiple construction projects in the United States. You will manage transportation providers, warehousing, inventory, and customs compliance while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.

You will collaborate with procurement, project management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow from facilities to project sites, including travel to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience with 7+ years in logistics.
• Minimum 7 years of people management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with renewables and utility-scale solar project logistics preferred.
• Experience with WMS/IMS systems and SAP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics team across multiple projects.
• Approve project-level logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as escalation point for logistics issues and delivery conflicts.
• Partner with Procurement, Construction and Engineering to align resources and timelines.
• Drive process improvements and standardization within logistics.
