Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering to lead strategic initiatives across a multi-site logistics network. You will blend hands-on engineering expertise, customer engagement, and project leadership to raise safety, efficiency, and standardization across large-scale distribution and contract packaging operations.

This hybrid role oversees a team of Senior Industrial Engineers, partners with customers and facilities, develops business cases and roadmaps, and reports

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of engineering teams and large-scale initiatives.
• 3+ years' experience in operations, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments, with demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-site networks.
• Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and/or Access.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead major continuous improvement and automation initiatives with business cases and ROI analyses.
• Develop and coach a team of Industrial Engineers and engineering leaders.
• Partner with customers and facilities to document best practices for layout, process flow, and productivity.
• Shape engineering concepts during customer solutions and bid activities, support capital and vendor decisions, and present recommendations.
• Govern systems integration, technology deployment, and validation with IT and operations teams.
• Establish engineering governance, KPIs, and reporting to drive executive decisions.
