Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative III in Las Vegas to handle customer inquiries, manage accounts, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve delivery issues.

You will maintain customer relationships, monitor load boards, and utilize TMS tools to keep clients informed and satisfied. A robust focus on KPI achievement and process improvement drives success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in customer service or related roles
• 3-5 years experience working in Freight Forwarding, logistics, 3PL, Transportation Brokerage or Trucking company preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer KPIs and milestones in a timely manner
• Mentor and train new hires on general processes and procedures
• Monitor and service capacity available on the load board
• Train and gain knowledge of lane history and customer pricing
• Follow procedures on setting up routes and transit times for AIT's services
• Respond to escalated issues with urgency and professionalism
• Use TMS to trace loads and provide shipment updates
• Respond to customer emails within the team inbox
