Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years freight forwarding experience.
• MS Word, Excel; AS400 experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Team setting and autonomous work to meet client expectations.
• Ability to calculate freight rates and amounts.

Responsibilities

• High visibility role as primary contact for large, complex customers.
• Quote and route freight across multiple transportation channels.
• Track and trace shipments daily.
• Troubleshoot and overcome operational challenges.
• Act as the local point-of-contact for client inquiries (operational and sales).
• Provide timely analysis and monitor freight cost metrics.
• Develop and update SOPs for business segments.
• Work with internal teams to achieve service goals.
