Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, emails and chats from customers and partners about shipment status, scheduling, claims and disputes.
• Monitor appointment delivery/pick-up scheduling database.
• Resolve shipment issues by engaging with partners, consumers and vendors.
• Provide outstanding and courteous communication to all customers.
• Identify customer needs and manage high daily call volume.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize services and coordinate shipments.
