Job summary

Chart Industries, Beasley, TX, is hiring an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic inbound orders, freight planning, and shipping operations for our Beasley site.

The role requires 3+ years in packaging and shipping, 2+ years in logistics, proficiency with INCOTERMS, and strong ERP and Excel skills to coordinate loads, quotes, and carrier options.

You will train team members, enforce safety procedures, and ensure timely deliveries while optimizing cost-effective transport solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in packaging and shipping experience.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Proficient with INCOTERMS and import/export shipping.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Overtime availability may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs Level I and II responsibilities.
• Reviews invoices and codes to orders or projects; Corcentric and US Bank portals.
• Coordinate domestic inbound POs and material transfers to/from site.
• Stock skid requisitions.
• Review customer PO for compliance and verify shipment accuracy.
• Prepare monthly shipments reports and project status reviews.
• Provide estimated dimensions, weights, and freight quotes.
• Create crate/packing quotes and load plans.
• Oversee shipping options to optimize cost-effective methods.
• Review BOLs in ShippersEdge for freight terms compliance.
• Facilitate freight claims and equipment rental as needed.
• Enforce safety program and train team members.
