Job summary

Copeland LP in Forney, TX is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our distribution center team. You will manage daily shipments, coordinate with carriers, prepare shipping docs, and support warehouse operations to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years in shipping/logistics, strong organization and communication skills, experience with ERP/shipping systems (Oracle, iPlan or similar), and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle, iPlan, or similar ERP/shipping systems.
• Experience in load planning and warehouse management systems (e.g., Manhattan Scale WMS) preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments of finished goods, raw materials, and special freight (air, ground, expedited).
• Prepare and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other shipping documentation; verify shipments before release.
