Job summary

Texas Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to oversee freight and supply logistics, shipping routes, and delivery to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will dispatch, print manifests, coordinate drivers, monitor metrics, and provide excellent service while ensuring DOT compliance and accurate documentation.

Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Excel/Outlook are essential, along with clear communication with sales,

Responsibilities

Oversee freight and supply logistics, shipping routes and delivery to maximize efficiency.
Dispatch and print manifests; pre-call customers; coordinate drivers and delivery changes.
Communicate with sales team, drivers and customers regarding delivery functions or issues.
Monitor metrics and error tracking; provide excellent customer service; maintain records.
Coordinate outside transportation, DOT administrative tasks, and time clock management.
Evaluate and identify methods to optimize and streamline processes.
