Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator at our Beasley, TX location. You will manage domestic inbound PO collections, site transfers, freight and packaging invoices, and loading plans while optimizing costs and ensuring accuracy in ERP systems.

The role requires 3+ years in packaging/shipping and 2+ years in logistics, with strong INCO Terms knowledge, experience in Parcel/LTL/3PL/Heavy Haul, and advanced Excel use.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging and shipping.
• Minimum of 2 years in Logistics / Supply Chain related experience.
• Proficient with INCO Terms, especially import/export shipments.
• Experience in Parcel, LTL, 3PL, and Heavy Haul transportation.
• Advanced skills with ERP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs Level I and II responsibilities.
• Reviews Freight and Packaging invoices and codes to respective order or project; Corcentric and US Bank portals.
• Coordinate collection on domestic inbound purchase orders and site transfers.
• Prepare and publish monthly shipments report and track system shipments.
• Provide estimated dimensions, weights, and freight quotes.
• Create truck or container load plans.
• Oversee shipping options to ensure cost-effective methods.
• Review BOLs for freight terms and accuracy.
• Facilitate freight claims and safety compliance.
• Train and develop team members.
