• Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, customs or safety paperwork, and update logistics spreadsheets.
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing stock, assist with audits, and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound freight movements across regional and national channels.
• Carrier & Vendor Communication: Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Tracking & Problem-Solving: Monitor shipments in real time, troubleshoot transit bottlenecks, and proactively communicate delays to internal teams and clients.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, customs or safety paperwork, and update company logistics spreadsheets.
• Inventory Support: Reconcile incoming and outgoing stock, assist with audits, and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, supply chain, or warehouse administration.
