Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is partnering with a growing asset-based logistics provider to hire a Business Development Executive who will drive revenue across warehousing, transloading, transportation, CFS and international logistics services.

You will work directly with ownership, build strategic relationships with freight forwarders, importers and manufacturers across New Jersey and beyond, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, with uncapped commission and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within logistics or supply chain services.
• Experience selling Freight Forwarding or International Logistics, Warehousing & Fulfillment, or related services.
• Proven ability to develop new business and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across warehousing, transportation, transloading, fulfillment, and logistics services.
• Build relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, importers, manufacturers, retailers, and other supply chain stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding.
• Conduct customer visits, networking activities, and industry meetings to generate new business.
• Partner directly with ownership to support growth initiatives and market expansion.
