Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 6-8 years of commercial or small business loan experience.
• Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance.
• Ability to read, interpret and make judgments from loan documentation.
• Knowledge of loan servicing support systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete new loan set-up, funding, and post-closing review.
• Post loan transactions for all product types.
• Perform loan maintenance in the core system as needed.
• Meet service level agreements and benchmarks.
• Process payoff quotes and transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary service.
• Process loan modifications and renewals.
• Monitor and reconcile reports for SBA, small business, and commercial loans.
• Ensure data integrity and CECL data points.
• Train new hires and mentor staff.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and daily balancing.
• Manage servicing workflows and provide audit data.
