Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Coordinator III to oversee daily loan servicing operations for small business and commercial loans. The role emphasizes timely processing, accuracy, and customer service excellence while supporting the Small Business Loan Operations Management team.

Responsibilities include loan setup, post-closing, payoff processing, document management, GL reconciliation, and workflow management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate’s degree in a related field.
3-5 years of customer service experience.
6-8 years of commercial or small business loan experience.
Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance and interpretation of legal and regulatory issues.
Knowledge of loan documentation including the ability to read, interpret and make judgements from the documentation.
Knowledge of appropriate loan servicing support systems.

Responsibilities

Complete new loan set-up, funding, and post-closing review.
Post loan transactions for all product types.
Perform loan maintenance in the core system as needed or directed.
Meet established service level agreements and benchmarks.
Prepare and process payoff quotes and payoff transactions.
Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary customer service in the established timeframe.
Process loan modifications.
Review ARM Rate Notice Report adjustments and borrower correspondence.
Monitor and reconcile reports for Small Business or Commercial Loans.
