Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Coordinator III to manage daily servicing for small business and commercial loans, and to serve as back-up for the Small Business Loan Operations Management team. You will handle new loan setup, post-closing activities, modifications, and collateral records.

You will monitor and reconcile servicing reports, ensure data integrity, and support audits while training new hires to maintain standard processes and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• 6-8 years of commercial or small business loan experience
• Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance and legal/regulatory issues
• Ability to read, interpret, and make judgements from loan documentation
• Familiarity with servicing systems and related technology

Responsibilities

• Complete new loan set-up, funding, and post-closing review
• Post loan transactions for all product types
• Perform loan maintenance in the core system as needed
• Prepare payoff quotes and payoff transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary service
• Process loan modifications and monitor daily activity
• Reconcile reports and assist with GL balancing
• Provide back-up support to collateral/origination areas
• Train new hires for consistency in servicing loans
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Gather audit data and support for testing new products/services
