Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Onsite work at the branch office is essential; working from home is not permitted.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators.
• Ability to analyze information and apply judgment.
• Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across levels and settings.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Action- and result-focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
