Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Loan Processing in the United States. The role focuses on policies for communications, document collection, and disclosures to ensure loan file salability and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team, enabling a culture of excellence and servant leadership. Responsibilities include audits, coaching, reporting, and collaboration with leadership to execute the business vision.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure communications and processing activities meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in audits by Compliance and Investors/Agencies; respond for loan-level or system activities.
• Provide coaching to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Manage monthly/quarterly reporting; track MI provider scorecards and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with Mortgage Leadership Team to align on vision and strategy.
• Oversee vendor management for LOS platform enhancements and integrations.
