Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Processing Manager to oversee policies and procedures for internal and external communications, document collection and review from borrowers and third parties, and delivery of disclosures and appraisal requirements to ensure salability of originated loan files.

As a people leader, the Manager will support direct reports, foster a culture of excellence, and coordinate with Compliance, Investors, Mortgage Leadership and vendors on SLAs, feedback, and platform

  • Participate in regular audits by Compliance, Investors/Agencies, and provide responses as required.
  • Work with business line leaders to obtain and deliver feedback and provide coaching.
  • Manage SLAs and KPIs for direct reports and report deviations to the President.
  • Develop cross-training programs and career development plans.
  • Coordinate with Business/System Analysts on technology platform changes and efficiency gains.

Job description

The processing manager is responsible for policies and procedures related to all internal and external communications, document collection and review from borrowers and applicable third parties, and delivery of applicable disclosures and appraisal requirements to ensure salability of originated loan files as well as maintaining all applicable regulatory and compliance documentation for credit, fraud, and applicable vendor management. As a people leader, the Manager will ensure support is provided as needed to all direct reports creating a culture of excellence and acting as a servant leader.

  • Ensure all communications and processing activities meet applicable company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
  • Participate in regular audits by Compliance, applicable Investors/Agencies, and provide responses as required for loan-level or system related activities
  • Work with applicable business line leaders both internally and externally to obtain and deliver feedback and provide coaching as necessary.
  • Pipeline management for all applicable direct reports to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and applicable key performance indicators are met with deviations reported directly to the President
  • Develop ongoing cross-training programs for all team members, including career development plans, with documented milestones to ensure coverage across departments
  • Provide Business/System Analyst(s) with detailed requests as necessary for technology platform changes, including applicable business plans reflecting efficiency gains and/or cost savings as applicable.

  • Provide support to all direct and indirect reports as needed in day-to-day activities
  • Hold monthly one on one conversations with direct and indirect reports to ensure proper development plans are in place and applicable steps are being taken; obtain and address feedback to ensure a culture of excellence
  • Provide and document feedback with both direct and indirect reports.
  • Work closely with the Mortgage Leadership Team to develop and execute on vision and strategy of business as applicable.

  • Manage monthly/quarterly and annual reporting of MI provider scorecards, credit provider usage, and targeted quality/remediation reporting to Compliance.
  • Provide applicable monthly incentive (as applicable) calculations for direct reports to the Controller on-time for final approval from the President
  • Work with assigned vendors for annual management review and ongoing feature additions for LOS platform and applicable integrations

Training

  • Complete all position skill sets presented in training program
  • Complete quarterly and annual compliance courses

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Position Title: Manager, Loan Processing
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 USD

Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or non full-time employees
