Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Loan Processor to review loan applications, create condition checklists, and clear conditions with borrowers. You will collaborate with the Loan Counselor/Closing team and be available for borrower contact as needed.

The role emphasizes processing loans (including FHA/VA where applicable), communicating the approval process to borrowers, and delivering loans to the Secondary Department. Strong mortgage knowledge and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Banking or related field with loan operations experience preferred.
• Annual volume of 200 closed loans.
• Maintaining scores of at least 75% on position metrics.
• Basic knowledge of the mortgage process.

Responsabilités

• Process loans and prepare condition checklists.
• Review conditions with borrowers and clear conditions.
• Interface with Borrower, Loan Counselor and Closer.
• Submit loans through underwriting systems and to investors.
