Job summary

Sirva Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Loan Processing to lead policy, procedures, and disclosures for loan files. You will supervise a team, ensuring compliance and quality across internal and external communications, document handling, and vendor management.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced mortgage environment. Strong collaboration with leadership and teams is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all communications and processing activities meet company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regular audits by Compliance, Investors/Agencies, and provide responses as required.
• Collaborate with business line leaders to obtain feedback and provide coaching as necessary.
• Manage pipeline for direct reports to meet SLAs and KPIs, with deviations reported to the President.
• Develop cross-training programs and career development plans with milestones.
• Provide Business/System Analysts with detailed change requests for platform updates.
