Wilson Bank and Trust seeks a Loan Servicing Manager to lead a team responsible for the complete lifecycle of loan servicing operations, including insurance tracking and escrow administration, with oversight of system reviews.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and ongoing process improvement across servicing functions, reporting to the Loan Operations Manager and supporting customers and staff in line with the company’s mission.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in bank lending, loan operations or related field.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and support to the Loan Servicing team, fostering a growth-oriented culture.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Oversee full lifecycle of loan servicing operations, including payoffs, escrow, and system reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; document processes and revisions as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to servicing and account maintenance.
