Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in bank lending, loan operations or related field.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the Loan Servicing team, fostering a growth-oriented culture.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Oversee full lifecycle of loan servicing operations, including payoffs, escrow, and system reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; document processes and revisions as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to servicing and account maintenance.
