Job summary

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce is seeking a Quality Assurance & Data Integrity professional to conduct daily QA checks on loans in core systems and verify data against legal documents. You will review post-booking changes, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support on-site and remote work arrangements.

Ideal candidates understand attorney-prepared loan documents and core loan systems. Duties also include processing cashier’s checks and coordinating with Collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience with syndicated loans and equipment finance is an asset.
• Familiarity with core loan systems (ACBS, Aspire, IBS, SBA) is a plus.
• Experience handling attorney-prepared documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on loans entered into core loan origination systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE).
• Ensure loan data aligns with executed legal documents within a 10-day SLA.
• Review and validate post-booking and funding changes to loan records within a 5-day SLA.
• Issue cashier’s checks to Loan Operations team members in compliance with internal controls.
• Review executed documents from LOB partners for Fast Track Loans to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Forward fully executed loan packages to the Collateral Team for secure scanning and retention.
