CIBC in Chicago is seeking a Quality Assurance and Data Integrity professional to ensure loan data accuracy across core systems. You will verify documents, perform post-booking reviews, and support in-office operations with controlled processes.

The role blends on-site and remote work, offering a mix of responsibilities across loan operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with loan documents, familiarity with systems like ACBS, IBS, Aspire, and SBA, and a commitment to regulatory

Qualifications

Experience with quality assurance and data integrity in loan processing.
Familiarity with syndicated loans and equipment finance is a plus.
Experience handling attorney-prepared documentation is advantageous.
Knowledge of core loan systems (ACBS, Aspire, IBS, SBA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily quality assurance checks on loans entered into core loan origination systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE).
Ensure loan data aligns with executed legal documents within a 10-day SLA.
Perform post-booking and compliance reviews within a 5-day SLA and document updates.
Review executed documents from LOB partners for Fast Track Loans for accuracy and completeness.
Forward fully executed loan packages to the Collateral Team for scanning and retention.
