Job summary

CIBC US in Chicago, IL is seeking a detail‑oriented professional for the Quality Assurance & Data Integrity role within our loan operations. The position offers hybrid work with 2 days on-site and the remaining days remote.

You’ll conduct daily QA checks on loans in core systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE), verify data against legal documents, identify discrepancies, and support post‑booking reviews and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong QA and data integrity skills for loan processing.
• Experience with loan systems and document review is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on loans in core systems (ACBS, IBS, SBA, ASPIRE).
• Review post-booking and funding changes for SLA compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate in-office operations such as authenticating documents and forwarding packages to the Collateral Team.
