Job summary

United Fidelity Bank is seeking a Lending Quality Assurance Specialist to support the quality, accuracy, and compliance of lending operations. You will perform QA reviews across commercial, mortgage, and consumer loans, identify trends, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen loan quality and process consistency.

The role partners with Loan Administration, Loan Servicing, and Retail Lending to drive operational excellence while maintaining regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of commercial lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and lending regulations.
• Experience with loan documentation systems (e.g., Finastra LaserPro).

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of commercial, mortgage, and consumer loan files.
• Perform pre-closing and post-closing reviews for due diligence and documentation.
• Validate data in core banking systems and document imaging records.
• Identify QA findings and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
