Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 to establish and maintain a training records repository in support of the Safety Organization. The role involves coordinating with SMEs, stakeholders, and multiple departments to ensure compliance with AHJ guidance and OSHA requirements.

The candidate will leverage LMS, Adobe, Cority, ISN, Procore, and Microsoft products to input, retrieve, analyze, and report on training data. On-site work in Vancouver, WA is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in data/analytics or related fields.
• Extensive experience with LMS and safety training recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with Adobe, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in federal/state safety training requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an LMS repository as the source of record for safety training compliance.
• Input and manage training records for personnel and contractors.
• Generate periodic reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements.
