Job summary

SanMar, based in Issaquah, WA, seeks an LMS Administrator to manage the Learning Management System, ensuring compliant, efficient delivery of training across the organization. You will collaborate with HRIS and department leaders to assign, track, and improve learning paths, certifications, and reports.

Ideal candidates have LMS experience, training in e-learning tools, HTML/CSS skills, and a strong eye for detail and policy interpretation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Systems, Learning & Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience managing or supporting an LMS (Litmos, Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, Saba).
• Experience creating E-Learning programs using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora Inspire.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail for compliance, reporting accuracy, and role-based learning assignments.
• Analytical reasoning for troubleshooting LMS issues, data discrepancies, and quality checks.
• Ability to interpret complex policies, accreditation standards, and organizational requirements.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign and manage required training based on requirements and compliance needs.
• Develop and maintain E-Learning modules aligned to objectives.
• Maintain audit-ready records and reports on training and competency.
• Create role-based training matrices with HRIS and department leaders.
• Ensure education paths reflect changes in standards and roles.
• Support SMEs in developing accurate content.
• Create and distribute training compliance reports to leadership quarterly.
• Partner with HRIS to identify training gaps and trends.
• Serve as LMS contact for users and provide troubleshooting.
