Job summary

Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for Learning Management Systems in Vancouver, WA. The role involves establishing and maintaining a training records repository to ensure safety training compliance for the agency and partners.

You will work with SMEs and safety stakeholders, leveraging LMS apps, Adobe, Procore, and Microsoft tools to input, retrieve, and analyze data. This is an onsite, one-year renewable contract with benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in data science, analytics, or related field.
• 8 years experience with a bachelor’s degree; 10 years with an associate; 12 years without a degree.
• Proficiency with LMS and related database software for training records and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain LMS repository as sole source of safety training records.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define safety training data requirements.
• Prepare reports and graphics using MS Office and other tools for stakeholders.
