Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from initial meetings through signed contracts. You will manage long, multi-stakeholder negotiations and drive revenue across communities.

You will close a $2M annual quota with senior living operators and home care agencies, handling the full sales cycle with minimal management responsibilities. This is a remote role servicing the USA and Canada.

Competenze

• Closing $1M+ annual deals with multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.

Mansioni

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close on large deals (3–12 months).
• Collaborate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand to more locations and services after signing a group.
• Develop proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
