Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, targeting senior living operators and home care networks across multiple locations. Work remotely in the USA or Canada.

You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, engage with owners and regional operators, and expand accounts by adding locations and services after signing.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over managing a team.
