Cogir Senior Living in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing Director) to lead outreach, build relationships with referral sources, and drive occupancy growth across our senior living communities.

You will supervise the sales team, manage the marketing budget, develop annual plans, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and maintain CRM data to ensure high resident satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; bachelor's preferred in marketing or business, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relational sales experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare settings.
• Positive team player with passion for serving seniors.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong time management, initiative, and judgment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends if needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Create annual marketing plan with input from ED and marketing/operations teams.
• Grow lead base; respond to inquiries remotely and in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue per plans.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Follow up with potential residents, referral sources, or interested parties.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy (Yardi).
• Supervise and motivate sales team members.
• Foster high resident satisfaction through relations with residents and staff.
• Understand care regulations for proper placement.
• Represent the community at outreach events, networking, trade shows, and other functions.
• Monitor promotional item inventory; assess advertising needs.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Budget marketing and pricing for ads, directories, social media, events, and memberships.
