Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Sales for Senior Living to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-location groups with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, often over 3 to 12 months, with minimal oversight.

This is a fully remote, full-time role targeting senior living operators and home care agencies across the US and Canada, offering the chance to drive expansion as one win covers many locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ deals annually in senior living or multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to senior living groups and multi-location buyers such as owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders.
• Long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers; not suited for high-volume single-location tactics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sale cycle from discovery to close, typically 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders across locations to close deals.
• Drive expansion to add locations and services after signing a group.
