TSP talent is seeking a Retirement Living Counselor to help older adults and families understand and select appropriate senior living options. You will listen with compassion and clearly explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services.

In this role you will build trust with prospects, respond to inquiries, guide decisions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between levels of care.
