Westmont Living, Inc. seeks a compassionate Community Relations Director (Sales Director) at Westmont of Riverside to drive occupancy, develop relationships with families and referral sources, and communicate the community’s value.

You will lead sales efforts with a client-focused mindset, deliver excellent service, and manage post-sales activities while ensuring compliance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and benefits, plus training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of clients’ needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions with the community’s products and services.
• Driving the occupancy at the community.
• Great customer service mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer software skills are a must.
• Criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screenings (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• First aid training or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités
