Job summary

Westmont Living in Soquel, CA, is seeking a Community Relations Director to join the Westmont of Santa Cruz team. You will cultivate relationships with families, assess needs, present the community's senior living solutions, and guide prospects through the decision process to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovering needs, presenting solutions, closing deals.
• Driving occupancy at the community through proactive outreach.
• Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer software skills are a must.
• Criminal record clearance before starting.
• Must pass health screenings (TB, drug test).
• First aid training or obtain within 30 days.

What we need from you:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationship, discovery of clients’ needs and desires, identifying and communicating effective solutions to these needs and desires with the community’s products and services, closing, and post-sales activities.

• Driving the occupancy at the community

• Great customer service mentality

• Ability work in a fast-paced environment

• Computer software skills are a must

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
